RAINN may be one of the few places that is geared mostly for men.
From RAINN's website:
RAINN (Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network) is the nation's largest anti-sexual violence organization. RAINN created and operates the National Sexual Assault Hotline (800.656.HOPE, online.rainn.org rainn.org/es) in partnership with more than 1,000 local sexual assault service providers across the country and operates the DoD Safe Helpline for the Department of Defense. RAINN also carries out programs to prevent sexual violence, help survivors, and ensure that perpetrators are brought to justice.
From their website:
Domestic violence is an epidemic affecting individuals in every community regardless of age, economic status, sexual orientation, gender, race, religion, or nationality. It is often accompanied by emotionally abusive and controlling behavior that is only a fraction of a systematic pattern of dominance and control. Domestic violence can result in physical injury, psychological trauma, and in severe cases, even death. The devastating physical, emotional, and psychological consequences of domestic violence can cross generations and last a lifetime.
For anonymous, confidential help available 24/7, call the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-7233 (SAFE)
I have found a very good, hell a great bunch of people who actually try and want men. These wonderful group of people are from Safe Haven of Greater Waterbury. Their number (203) 575-0388 www.safehavengw.org
Celebrate Recovery is a nation wide recovery program and is pretty interesting. Based on the 12 step program of AA and others, CR takes the 12 steps and backs it with with bible content and scriptures. CR and Broken Chains (their motorcycle offshoot) is one heck of a program. They run the gammot helping everything from pretty much every kind of addiction to abuse to you name it. The process is very solid. For first half the meeting they go through their proven programs based on verse then break into mens and women's individual groups. It is the that projects are done, discussions etc.
The rub is that their abuse is more configured towards women being the victims. So it can be a little "interesting" doing your men group session discussing being the one who was abused. But I will tell you that these people will take you in NO MATTER HOW BROKEN YOU ARE AND LOVE YOU WITH ALL THEIR HEARTS. Which in many cases is what you need the most. They usually have solid contacts in the local area to try to find you help. From first hand experience, CR is a good first couple of steps you can take while you work on getting what you need.

Here's a pretty good one - psychologytoday.com website for domestic and sexual abuse AND most importantly how to try to find someone in your area that can try to help.
Now I'm gonna potentially screw you up here. When looking for someone to talk and possibly help you, you should decide in advance whether you feel potentially feel more comfortable with a man or women. This ain't no #metoocrap Johnny Depp /Amber Heard chest pump crap or gender bias. Abuse, especially sexual, is a very personal experience. Unfortunately the world is not as enlightened as you are told or thought. From personal experience, I have had questions and statements posed to me of "....why did I allow it....?" I have found in my case that women are far more receptive to abuse to males as they understand the stigmas associated with it and coming forward or "....out of the closet...." But sadly just last month I had a female specialist ask my those exact same very questions. So frankly who the hell knows. But start your looking with who you think you can live with and go from there. If you don't find anyone then you may need to open your searching to accommodate.
I was reached out to by these nice people. While their site does state that men are abused, their website is mostly women based at this point. I believe they are planning an update and in my conversations with they wholeheartedly agree that a separate section based solely on or towards men is needed for national support. Give them a lookie see as any resource at this point is crucial.
